Contribution to the Commemorative Brief on the 25th Anniversary of the New Partnership for Africa\’s Development (NEPAD) Following correspondence from the Director of Cooperation and University Exchange, I have the honor to inform you that the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reported that the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD) will be issuing a commemorative brief to mark the 25th anniversary of the New Partnership for Africa\’s Development (NEPAD), and has invited universities, scientific academies, and research institutions in member states to contribute to this work. Therefore, please take the necessary steps to ensure the wide dissemination of this announcement within your institutions and provide us with the Algerian university\’s contribution to this commemorative brief, in the form of a Word document on a CD or flash drive, before August 23, 2026. The relevant file is enclosed with this correspondence.

Call for applications for Nelson Mandela grants and distance learning training from the Chilean Agency for International Cooperation. We are pleased to inform you that the Directorate of Cooperation and University Exchange has received two scholarship offers, as follows: 1. A scholarship for a distance learning program for teachers, researchers, and administrative staff entitled: “Data Science for Public Policy.”This training will take place from October 13 to 30, 2026. The “Nelson Mandela” scholarship for doctoral (graduate) students enrolled in the 2027-2028 academic year, for the period from March 3, 2027, to February 28, 2029.
