The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of a scholarship offer entitled “MENA Scholarship Program (MSP)”, from the water institute IHE Delft (based in the Netherlands ), technical partner of the cooperation project between our country and this UN agency, entitled: “GCP/INT/29/NET-WaPOR phase II”.
This scholarship program is for young professionals working on water management as a priority area.
