Call for Applications – Technical and Economic Cooperation Program “ITEC” 2025
As part of the cooperation between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Government of the Republic of India, I am pleased to inform you of the launch of a call for applications for the Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) 2025 program, aimed at civil servants of higher education institutions.
This program offers the following programs:
- PG Diploma in Drinking Water and Sanitation – from July 13 to August 8, 2025
- PG Diploma in Irrigation Water Management – from July 13 to August 8, 2025
- PG Diploma in Water Resources Development – from July 13 to August 8, 2025
- Data Analytics for Decision-Making – from July 2 to 22, 2025
Leadership 4.0: Leadership in the Cognitive Revolution, Management and Governance in the Emerging World of Digital Leadership – from July 21 to 25, 2025

For this purpose, each institution is requested to propose one (01) candidate per program, taking into account the candidate’s profile and relevance to the institution’s needs. Applications (registration form + list of names) must reach us no later than June 9, 2025, for transmission to the authorities within the specified timeframe..
