Doctoral Scholarship Offer in Mauritania

     Please find attached, correspondence n° 2448 from the DCEU of the MESRS dated October 10, 2024 relating to a scholarship offer from Mauritania for the preparation of the Doctorate in the specialties specified in the submission.
For this purpose, we ask you to kindly send us two application files: one incumbent and one substitute per institution before October 30, 2024.

The candidates concerned by the call are the top graduates of Master’s or Engineering classes graduating from the 2023-2024 academic year

The file to be provided is as follows:
– A copy of the Master’s or Engineering degree (2024 class)
– Certificate of candidate’s ranking
– Copy of the Bachelor’s Degree (students of Higher Education Schools are not concerned by this document)
– Transcripts of the entire university course
– Copy of the baccalaureate transcript
– Copy of the first page of the passport
