The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research received a correspondence from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad stating that the Saudi side announced an offer of free, long-term educational scholarships in favor of Algerian students in various specialities available at the level of Saudi universities in the (PhD) level under the title “Study in Saudi Arabia”.
