Following correspondence from the Directorate of University Cooperation and Exchange, I am pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a scholarship offer for Master’s programs from the Chinese government in three fields:

Therefore, please take the necessary steps to select two (2) candidates from the administrative staff category at each institution, in each of the three specializations mentioned above, and provide us with the list of names and candidate files before May 3, 2026.
