Doctoral Scholarship Offer in Mauritania      Please find attached, correspondence n° 2448 from the DCEU of the MESRS dated October 10, 2024 relating to a scholarship offer from Mauritania for the preparation of the Doctorate in the specialties specified in the submission.For this purpose, we ask you to kindly send us two application files: one incumbent and one substitute per institution before October 30, 2024. The candidates concerned by the call are the top graduates of Master’s or Engineering classes graduating from the 2023-2024 academic year The file to be provided is as follows:– A copy of the Master’s or Engineering degree (2024 class)– Certificate of candidate’s ranking– Copy of the Bachelor’s Degree (students of Higher Education Schools are not concerned by this document)– Transcripts of the entire university course– Copy of the baccalaureate transcript– Copy of the first page of the passport With a digital copy of the file.
