Russia Scholarship Program 2025-2026 Please find attached, correspondence No. 2602 from the DCEU of the MESRS dated October 24, 2024 relating to an offer of a Russia Scholarship Program for the preparation of the Doctorate in the specialties specified in the submission. This program is intended for students enrolled in the final year of a master’s degree who wish to pursue higher education in Russia on an individual basis at the doctoral level and who meet the eligibility criteria for residential training abroad in the following disciplines: 1- Artificial Intelligence -2- Russian Language -3- Applied Mathematics -4- Nanotechnology -5- Autonomous Systems -6- Cyber ​​Security.It should be noted that this program is only eligible for the scholarship awarded by the Russian Federation.
