The eligibility requirements for this program are: The student must be enrolled in a Master’s degree, a fifth-year engineering program, or a third-year graduate program at a higher education institution for the 2024-2025 academic year. The student must provide proof of a TOEFL certificate. Student selected as one of the valedictorians.
