CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOLARSHIP IN RUSSIA We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for the Russian government scholarship for the 2026-2027 academic year. For clarification, this program is open to students enrolled at the end of their studies (working toward a Master’s degree (M2) or an Engineering degree (I5)) who wish to pursue doctoral studies in Russia. We ask that you nominate a maximum of two (2) valedictorians for each of the following research disciplines: Quantum Information (Mathematics, Computer Science) Quantum Physics Artificial Intelligence Cybersecurity Nanotechnology Autonomous Systems Arts Given the deadlines set by the DCEU, applications must be received by Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the latest. For each candidate, please group all of the following documents into a single PDF file, in the order indicated below: 1. Application form (template attached) 2. Copy of the baccalaureate transcript 3. Certificates of enrollment/re-enrollment for all five years of university studies 4. Ugandan students celebrate the 63rd anniversary of their country’s independence in Khemis Miliana.   Through the celebration of the 62nd anniversary of Uganda’s independence, held in Khemis Miliana, the University of Khemis Miliana, under the leadership of Professor Mohamed Berabeh Chikh, reaffirms its strong commitment to promoting cultural diversity and university coexistence.
