Master’s and PhD Scholarship Program in Indonesia (2026-2027) Following correspondence from the Directorate of Cooperation and University Exchanges, I am pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for a Master’s and PhD scholarship program in Indonesia for the 2026-2027 academic year. Interested students are invited to apply online before March 31, 2026, via the following link: http://knb.kemdiktisaintek.go.id/ Please note that applicants must first obtain a letter of recommendation issued by the Indonesian Embassy in Algeria, which must be attached to the online application to validate their registration. To this end, candidates are invited to submit all required documents, along with a request for a letter of recommendation, to the following email address: alger.staf.pensosbud@kemlu.go.id The required documents are detailed in the attached information sheet. Short-Term Exchange Scholarship (STS) Program 2026-2027 Following correspondence from the Directorate of Cooperation and University Exchanges, I am pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for the Short-Term Exchange Scholarship (STS) program, lasting from four to six months, for the 2026-2027 academic year. This program is funded by the Canadian government for the benefit of Algerian students and researchers. It should be noted that institutions wishing to send their students to Canada under this program must have previously concluded a framework agreement with a Canadian institution. To this end, the institutions concerned are invited to nominate their students to the partner organization so that Canadian institutions can finalize the application process before March 31, 2026.
