Scholarship Opportunities in Azerbaijan — Academic Year 2026-2027 We are writing to inform you that we have received a letter from the DCEU (Directorate of Academic and Student Affairs) regarding scholarship opportunities in Azerbaijan for Master’s and PhD programs for the 2026-2027 academic year (Letter No. 530-DCEU/SDMEP dated March 12, 2026, attached). Therefore, we would be grateful if you could submit a single application package per university (regardless of field, program, or specialization), along with the digital application as described in the attached document, and the following documents: 1. Copy of the certificate of valedictorian issued by the academic advisor; 2. Copies of academic transcripts. Please note that only universities are authorized to submit application packages. Therefore, no applications submitted directly by students will be accepted.
