Accreditation of an office of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit (ANGEM) at our university   In line with the commitment of the University of Djilali Bounaama  Khemis Miliana to implement the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, particularly those related to supporting creativity and innovation, encouraging the establishment of economic and micro-enterprises, and facilitating access to services for students and holders of innovative projects, On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the University Presidency headquarters, an office of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit (ANGEM) was officially installed and accredited at our university, within the old campus. The installation ceremony was attended by the Rector of the University, Professor Dr. Brabah Mohamed Cheikh,the Vice-Rector in charge of Pedagogy, as well as the Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations and Cooperation, Professor Dr. Ben Djilali Fella, alongside representatives of university interfaces, university executives and officials, in addition to the Wilaya Director and executives of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit (ANGEM) of Aïn Defla Province. This initiative aims to simplify administrative procedures and to support and assist project holders by providing financing mechanisms, training in financing and management techniques, as well as support in marketing their products within the framework of microcredit schemes.  

Celebration in Honor of International Students Enrolled at  Djilali Bounaama University – Khemis Miliana In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and as part of the special celebration of the MARHABA DAY program, which aims to promote openness and cultural exchange within the university environment, and under the supervision of the University Rector, Prof. Dr. Brabah Mohamed Cheikh, and in the presence of: Prof. Dr. Ben Djilali Fella, Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations and Cooperation Prof. Dr. Morad Moudaris, Vice-Rector in charge of Pedagogy The University’s Secretary-General Dr. Habiche Ben Youcef, Director of the Intensive Language Teaching Center A celebration was organized this Wednesday evening, 19 November 2025, at the University Presidency, in honor of international students. The event took place in an atmosphere marked by fraternity, cultural closeness, and the exchange of impressions between the students and the officials and staff of Djilali Bounaama University – Khemis Miliana. The activities of this welcoming event included explanations about the various administrative and pedagogical facilities available to international students at Djilali Bounaama University – Khemis Miliana, in order to facilitate their integration into the university environment and address their concerns, with the aim of ensuring high-quality education and an outstanding academic experience.

Signing of two contracts for development and training between ANVREDET and Djilali Bounaama University of Khemis Miliana As part of the implementation of the partnership and cooperation agreement signed between the National Agency for the Development of Research and Technological Development Results (ANVREDET) and Djilali Bounaama University of Khemis Miliana, two new contracts were signed today at the Agency’s headquarters. These agreements are part of a drive to support innovation and strengthen ties between the university and its socio-economic environment. These contracts aim to: Develop the results of applied research carried out within the university. Support students in the development of prototypes and exploitable innovative projects, Organize specialized training programs in the fields of innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. The partnership also provides for: Support for project leaders in intellectual property and patent drafting, And cooperation in the development of economic subsidiaries stemming from university research. This initiative represents a new step in strengthening institutional cooperation aimed at ensuring that universities play a leading role in national economic and social development. Through this signing, both parties reaffirm their shared commitment to dynamic research and development and to promoting a productive university that drives innovation.
