The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of a scholarship offer from the Mexican Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AMEXCID) for the year 2023, on the theme: “Scholarships for COIL (International Collaborative Online Learning Methodology) projects. Applications for Mexican government scholarships must be submitted electronically through the University Cooperation Management System (SIGCA), accessible at: https://sigca.sre.gob.mx.
