Call for Applications for PhD Programs in China Please find attached correspondence no. 2746 from the DCEU dated November 14, 2025, concerning the Chinese government scholarship program for the 2026-2027 academic year. This program is open to top-performing students enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year in a Master’s (M2) or Engineering (M5) program, who are pursuing a PhD. The application documents are also attached. For each applicant, the following documents must be compiled into a single PDF file, in the order indicated below: The application file must include: 1. The application form (template attached) 2. A copy of the baccalaureate transcript 3. Proof of enrollment/re-enrollment for all 5 years of university studies 4. Transcripts for the first 4 years of study (L1/I1, L2/I2, L3/I3, M1/I4 for Universities and University Centers or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for Higher Schools) 5. The applicant’s ranking certificate (in relation to their graduating class) 6. The student’s star rating certificate (template attached). Note: The applicant’s PDF files for each institution, as well as the Excel file, must be compiled into a single (compressed) folder.

Call for Applications for the Stipendium Hungaricum the 2025-2026 academic year

This program is open to top-performing students (maximum 3 students per specialization) enrolled during the 2025-2026 academic year in their third year of undergraduate studies (L3) or their second year of Master’s studies (M2/Engineering 5), respectively, and aiming to prepare for a Master’s degree or a PhD. You will also find attached the necessary application documents. Stipendium As a reminder, the deadline for online registration on the Stipendium platform is January 15, 2026. Scanned files containing the documents listed below must be submitted by candidates who have completed their online registration (a copy of the Stipendium Hungaricum registration confirmation is mandatory), along with the attached Excel file to be completed by the institution. Applications must be submitted before February 1, 2027. Each applicant must compile all of the following documents into a single PDF file, in the order indicated below: The application file must include: 1. The application form (template attached) 2. Proof of online registration on the Stipendium application platform 3. A copy of the selection report 4. A handwritten application from the applicant outlining their motivation for this program, approved by their supervisor 5. CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOLARSHIP IN RUSSIA We are pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for the Russian government scholarship for the 2026-2027 academic year. For clarification, this program is open to students enrolled at the end of their studies (working toward a Master’s degree (M2) or an Engineering degree (I5)) who wish to pursue doctoral studies in Russia. We ask that you nominate a maximum of two (2) valedictorians for each of the following research disciplines: Quantum Information (Mathematics, Computer Science) Quantum Physics Artificial Intelligence Cybersecurity Nanotechnology Autonomous Systems Arts Given the deadlines set by the DCEU, applications must be received by Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the latest.
