Scholarship Offer in Azerbaijan for PhD Programs
We would like to inform you that we have received a communication from the DCEU regarding a scholarship offer in Azerbaijan for PhD programs for the 2025-2026 academic year (Communication No. 1193-DCEU/SDMEP dated April 10, 2025, attached).
The eligibility requirements for this program are:
- The student must be enrolled in a Master’s degree, a fifth-year engineering program, or a third-year graduate program at a higher education institution for the 2024-2025 academic year.
- The student must provide proof of a TOEFL certificate.
- Student selected as one of the valedictorians.
To this end, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a single application file per university institution (all fields, majors, and specialties combined). The application file will be presented as a single digital file in the following order:
- Copy of the valedictorian certificate issued by the Academic Director
- Copies of the Enrollment Certificates for all five years of the university program
- Copies of transcripts for the first four years of the program
- The 5-star certificate.
- Copy of the TOEFL certificate.
