I have the honor to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for the Chinese scholarship program, implemented in collaboration with UNESCO, for the 2026–2027 academic year.

This program covers Master’s and Doctoral studies, as well as research visits.

Therefore, you are requested to nominate one candidate from each institution and submit their complete application files, as indicated in the attached guide, no later than January 8, 2026, at noon (12:00), to allow for their timely transfer to the partner organization.
