Accreditation of an office of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit (ANGEM) at our university   In line with the commitment of the University of Djilali Bounaama  Khemis Miliana to implement the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, particularly those related to supporting creativity and innovation, encouraging the establishment of economic and micro-enterprises, and facilitating access to services for students and holders of innovative projects, On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the University Presidency headquarters, an office of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit (ANGEM) was officially installed and accredited at our university, within the old campus. The installation ceremony was attended by the Rector of the University, Professor Dr. Brabah Mohamed Cheikh,the Vice-Rector in charge of Pedagogy, as well as the Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations and Cooperation, Professor Dr. Ben Djilali Fella, alongside representatives of university interfaces, university executives and officials, in addition to the Wilaya Director and executives of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit (ANGEM) of Aïn Defla Province. This initiative aims to simplify administrative procedures and to support and assist project holders by providing financing mechanisms, training in financing and management techniques, as well as support in marketing their products within the framework of microcredit schemes.
