Call for Applications – ITEC Training Program (India) Following correspondence from the Deputy Director of Student and Staff Mobility, I am pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a call for applications for officials from higher education institutions, within the framework of a training program launched by the Central Institute for Telecommunications Training of India (ITEC). This program will take place over a two-week period, from February 12 to February 25, 2026.
