Accreditation of an office of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit (ANGEM) at our university   In line with the commitment of the University of Djilali Bounaama  Khemis Miliana to implement the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, particularly those related to supporting creativity and innovation, encouraging the establishment of economic and micro-enterprises, and facilitating access to services for students and holders of innovative projects, On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the University Presidency headquarters, an office of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit (ANGEM) was officially installed and accredited at our university, within the old campus. The installation ceremony was attended by the Rector of the University, Professor Dr. Brabah Mohamed Cheikh,the Vice-Rector in charge of Pedagogy, as well as the Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations and Cooperation, Professor Dr. Ben Djilali Fella, alongside representatives of university interfaces, university executives and officials, in addition to the Wilaya Director and executives of the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit (ANGEM) of Aïn Defla Province. This initiative aims to simplify administrative procedures and to support and assist project holders by providing financing mechanisms, training in financing and management techniques, as well as support in marketing their products within the framework of microcredit schemes.

Reminder – Chinese Government Scholarship Offer 2026-2027 / Application Deadline Following our previous correspondence, and in particular DCEU correspondence no. 2746 dated November 14, 2025, concerning the Chinese Government scholarship offer for the 2026-2027 academic year, please find attached the essential information regarding this offer.. This program is intended for top-performing students enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year in a Master 2 (M2) or Engineering 5 (5) program, with the aim of preparing for a PhD. Application deadline: January 15, 2026 (strict deadline) This deadline is set to allow sufficient time for processing applications and transmitting results to the relevant authorities within the required timeframe. To this end, we would appreciate it if you could: ensure that application files are complete and compliant with the required documents; specify if the applicant has already received prior acceptance from a Chinese university; if so, attach the corresponding supporting documents to the application. Celebration in Honor of International Students Enrolled at  Djilali Bounaama University – Khemis Miliana In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and as part of the special celebration of the MARHABA DAY program, which aims to promote openness and cultural exchange within the university environment, and under the supervision of the University Rector, Prof. Dr. Brabah Mohamed Cheikh, and in the presence of: Prof. Dr. Ben Djilali Fella, Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations and Cooperation Prof. Dr. Morad Moudaris, Vice-Rector in charge of Pedagogy The University’s Secretary-General Dr. Habiche Ben Youcef, Director of the Intensive Language Teaching Center A celebration was organized this Wednesday evening, 19 November 2025, at the University Presidency, in honor of international students. Call for Applications for PhD Programs in China Please find attached correspondence no. 2746 from the DCEU dated November 14, 2025, concerning the Chinese government scholarship program for the 2026-2027 academic year. This program is open to top-performing students enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year in a Master’s (M2) or Engineering (M5) program, who are pursuing a PhD. The application documents are also attached. For each applicant, the following documents must be compiled into a single PDF file, in the order indicated below: The application file must include: 1. The application form (template attached) 2. A copy of the baccalaureate transcript 3. Proof of enrollment/re-enrollment for all 5 years of university studies 4. Transcripts for the first 4 years of study (L1/I1, L2/I2, L3/I3, M1/I4 for Universities and University Centers or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for Higher Schools) 5. The applicant’s ranking certificate (in relation to their graduating class) 6. The student’s star rating certificate (template attached).
