Signing of a Framework Cooperation Agreement Djilali Bounaama University – Khemis Miliana / National Office of University Publications As part of strengthening institutional cooperation and supporting academic and knowledge-based scientific research, a framework cooperation agreement was signed on the morning of Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the headquarters of the university presidency, between: Djilali Bounaâma University – Khemis Miliana, represented by the Rector of the University, Prof. Brabah Mohamed Cheikh, ,and The National Office of University Publications (ONPU), represented by the Director General, Mr. Boumlit Zine El Abidine. The signing ceremony was attended by:– Vice-Rectors of the University– Deans of the Faculties– University executives and officials This agreement aims to: Open a dedicated sales outlet of the National Office of University Publications at the central university campusStrengthen national reference scientific resources for the benefit of the university communityEnrich academic scientific research sourcesSupport and develop the university environment A qualitative step that reflects the university’s commitment to strengthening institutional partnerships, advancing scientific research, and better serving students and faculty members.
Reminder – Chinese Government Scholarship Offer 2026-2027 / Application Deadline Following our previous correspondence, and in particular DCEU correspondence no. 2746 dated November 14, 2025, concerning the Chinese Government scholarship offer for the 2026-2027 academic year, please find attached the essential information regarding this offer.. This program is intended for top-performing students enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year in a Master 2 (M2) or Engineering 5 (5) program, with the aim of preparing for a PhD. Application deadline: January 15, 2026 (strict deadline) This deadline is set to allow sufficient time for processing applications and transmitting results to the relevant authorities within the required timeframe. To this end, we would appreciate it if you could: ensure that application files are complete and compliant with the required documents; specify if the applicant has already received prior acceptance from a Chinese university; if so, attach the corresponding supporting documents to the application. Celebration in Honor of International Students Enrolled at Djilali Bounaama University – Khemis Miliana In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and as part of the special celebration of the MARHABA DAY program, which aims to promote openness and cultural exchange within the university environment, and under the supervision of the University Rector, Prof. Dr. Brabah Mohamed Cheikh, and in the presence of: Prof. Dr. Ben Djilali Fella, Vice-Rector in charge of External Relations and Cooperation Prof. Dr. Morad Moudaris, Vice-Rector in charge of Pedagogy The University’s Secretary-General Dr. Habiche Ben Youcef, Director of the Intensive Language Teaching Center A celebration was organized this Wednesday evening, 19 November 2025, at the University Presidency, in honor of international students. The event took place in an atmosphere marked by fraternity, cultural closeness, and the exchange of impressions between the students and the officials and staff of Djilali Bounaama University – Khemis Miliana. The activities of this welcoming event included explanations about the various administrative and pedagogical facilities available to international students at Djilali Bounaama University – Khemis Miliana, in order to facilitate their integration into the university environment and address their concerns, with the aim of ensuring high-quality education and an outstanding academic experience.
