The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of a call for applications from the French Embassy in Algeria for five (05) doctoral scholarships in high technologies for the benefit of doctoral students residing in Algeria, enrolled in thesis for less than a year in an Algerian university and wishing to move towards a joint supervision with a French university.
