Call for Applications for the 2027 L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science International Prize Following correspondence from the Directorate of Cooperation and Academic Exchange, I am pleased to announce the launch of the call for applications for the 2027 L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science International Prize. Each year, this program recognizes and supports promising women researchers at the doctoral and postdoctoral levels, helping them pursue their research both locally and internationally. Implemented since 1998 by L’Oréal subsidiaries worldwide, with the support of UNESCO field offices, this prize aims to promote and empower the next generation of women destined to shape the future of science. The 2027 edition will honor five (5) exceptional women researchers in the fields of physical sciences, mathematics, and computer science. Each laureate will receive a prize of €100,000 for her contribution in the aforementioned fields.
