Erasmus Days
The University of Khemis Miliana organized the **Erasmus Days** 15-16-17th October 2023, a major event that celebrates international cooperation and cultural exchange between European and Algerian universities. These days are an opportunity to strengthen academic links and promote the possibilities offered by the Erasmus+ program. The event program was structured around several activities: conferences on student mobility opportunities, practical workshops to help students prepare their applications, information stands held by the different Erasmus services and partners, as well as meetings with students who have already retained the program. The interest generated by these Erasmus Days is considerable because many students from the University of Khemis Miliana, as well as members of the teaching staff, were eager to discover the different opportunities for mobility and international cooperation. These days are like an unmissable event for all those who wish to open up to new academic and cultural perspectives.
Welcome days for international students at Khemis Miliana University
On September 21, 2023, the University of Khemis Miliana welcomed new international students during Welcome Days. These events for new international students, organized by the External Relations Office, were divided into two stages: – Official welcome speeches from representatives of the University of Khemis Miliana: The Rector: Prof. Mohammed Chikh BERRABAH, The Vice Rector in charge of External Relations: Prof. Fella BENDJILALI, The Vice Rector in charge of Education: Prof. Djelloul BENANAIA, – a forum with numerous organizations involved in student life (COUS, university services: Libraries, Social health, sport, International student reception offices). The purpose of the meeting was to set up a real exchange with staff and to leave with practical and useful information to facilitate their university career and their daily life at Khemis Miliana.

Like the rest of the university institutions in the country, the University of Chahid Djilali Bounaama Khemis Miliana, on the morning of June 20, 2023, had the honor of visiting the ministerial committee in charge of evaluating the “Study in Algeria” program.“Study in Algeria”” launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific ResearchWith the aim of enhancing the attractiveness of university institutions For international students.Where the staff of this committee was received by the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Berabih Mohamed Al-Sheikh, accompanied by the Deputy Rector in charge of External Relations, Prof. Dr. Fella Ben Djilali, and the Deputy Rector in charge of Pedagogy, Prof. Dr. Jaloul Ben Inaya, as well as some of the university executives and officials concerned with the international student file. The members of the committee reviewed the criteria required in the evaluation process to obtain the “Study in Algeria” tag through the university’s official website, especially the platform for international students. In the same context, the members of the committee also examined some structures at the university level, such as the Intensive Training Center for Languages, as well as the audio-visual studio, as well as the student halls for the Internet.
