Scholarship Offer in Azerbaijan for PhD Programs We would like to inform you that we have received a communication from the DCEU regarding a scholarship offer in Azerbaijan for PhD programs for the 2025-2026 academic year (Communication No. 1193-DCEU/SDMEP dated April 10, 2025, attached). The eligibility requirements for this program are: The student must be enrolled in a Master’s degree, a fifth-year engineering program, or a third-year graduate program at a higher education institution for the 2024-2025 academic year. The student must provide proof of a TOEFL certificate. Student selected as one of the valedictorians. To this end, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a single application file per university institution (all fields, majors, and specialties combined). The application file will be presented as a single digital file in the following order: Copy of the valedictorian certificate issued by the Academic Director Copies of the Enrollment Certificates for all five years of the university program Copies of transcripts for the first four years of the program The 5-star certificate. Work meeting
Work meeting On March 17, 2025, a meeting was held under the university’s presidency, chaired by the Vice-rector of External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication, and Scientific Events, Prof. Fella Ben Djilali. The meeting was attended by the Vice-Deans in charge of Scientific Research and External Relations, as well as the Head of Networks and IT Systems at the university, accompanied by his technical team, in order to study and follow up on the file “ Study in Algeria.”
